What are European employees’ expectations for offices in the future?

BNP Paribas Real Estate, the European leader in real estate services for both companies and individuals, is releasing the results of a groundbreaking European survey conducted with IFOP. We asked 3,500 employees in seven European countries about their hopes for office space in the future. Far from being just a trend related to the health crisis, the study shows that hybrid work is becoming more established.

The reasons for going to the office are now quite specific: a dynamic and accessible environment, greater connectivity, a friendly atmosphere, etc. The main lesson from this survey is that responses differ greatly between countries, but also between generations.

Nel 2021 gli investimenti in immobili commerciali in Italia tornano al di sopra dei 9 miliardi di euro

In ripresa l’andamento del mercato immobiliare commerciale italiano: il 2021 si è chiuso con circa 9,2 miliardi di euro di investimenti, livello superiore del 5% circa rispetto al dato del 2020, anno impattato dallo shock pandemico. Nel dettaglio, i volumi registrati nel 2021 sono risultati in diminuzione rispetto alla media degli ultimi 5 anni (-8% circa) ma in aumento se confrontati con la media degli ultimi 10 anni (+14% circa). Le operazioni chiuse nel 2021 sono state 236 rispetto alle 186 registrate nel 2020.
