We assist you with the technical and administrative management of property portfolio across all property types to help you achieve increased profitability and reduce operating costs, as well as in planning investments and achieve enhanced usability from occupiers.
By way of our Property Management mandate or specific proxies, we act as your property representatives with institutions, co-owners, suppliers, and occupiers. We nurture relationships with the occupiers, striving to meet the tenants’ needs by creating a direct, constant flow of information, understanding their needs and delivering practical, cutting-edge solutions to improve the user experience every day.
As we take service, we take on board all property documents (both digital and paper), we analyse them, and file them according to our coded standard. We rely on “Doc Life”, our in-house document management tool, through which we give our clients direct access to their documents and manage their virtual data rooms upon disposal.
Administrative management of leases
We support you in managing lease contracts. optimising cash flows through accurate invoicing of rents and ancillary charges, collecting income and handling arrears, as well as managing the taxes and guarantees connected with the lease contracts.

Management of property taxes
We manage all property-related taxes by calculating amounts and filling out payment forms for the self-calculated ones. Furthermore, we provide expert tax advice related to the management of your property.
