Milano, 31 maggio 2022 – Un gioiello finora rimasto nascosto è restituito alla città: dalla prima settimana di giugno apre al pubblico il Giardino Storico di Horti, il segreto di Porta Romana, il complesso residenziale realizzato a Milano da BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Development Italy che, con un investimento di circa 100 milioni di euro, ha trasformato un’area di 14.600 mq fra via Orti e via Lamarmora realizzando 74 prestigiose unità immobiliari, due unità multifunzionali ad uso ufficio e una autorimessa di due piani interrati, immersi in un parco di 10.000 mq.

BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management Italy SGR recently completed the sale process of a prime office asset, situated in the CBD Duomo of Milan, on behalf of the AIF named Concepto, a real estate alternative investment fund reserved to professional investors. This fund is a 50% joint venture between the OPCI BNP Paribas Diversipierre and the AIF named Fundamenta, entirely owned by BNP Paribas Cardif.

What are European employees’ expectations for offices in the future?
BNP Paribas Real Estate, the European leader in real estate services for both companies and individuals, is releasing the results of a groundbreaking European survey conducted with IFOP. We asked 3,500 employees in seven European countries about their hopes for office space in the future. Far from being just a trend related to the health crisis, the study shows that hybrid work is becoming more established.
The reasons for going to the office are now quite specific: a dynamic and accessible environment, greater connectivity, a friendly atmosphere, etc. The main lesson from this survey is that responses differ greatly between countries, but also between generations.
