Il mercato immobiliare istituzionale italiano conferma un andamento in ripresa: il 2025 si è chiuso con circa 11,6 miliardi di euro di investimenti, un livello superiore di circa il 12% rispetto al 2024, anno che aveva già registrato una crescita rispetto al precedente. Inoltre i volumi, che escludono operazioni M&A, risultano superiori alla media degli ultimi cinque e dieci anni, con un incremento del 15%.
